19-year-old male at Lakeview Aquatic Center — dove into the shallow end, struck head on pool bottom. Lifeguard pulled him from the water. Patient is conscious on pool deck, cannot move his legs. Complains of severe neck pain and tingling in both hands. Lifeguard maintaining C-spine. Full extent of injuries unknown.

⚠ NEUROGENIC SHOCK: Bradycardia + hypotension in trauma = spinal cord injury. NOT hemorrhagic shock. Warm skin, no major hemorrhage. Distinguish correctly — treatment differs.
